Ini lagu yg cukup unik, dibuat oleh sebuah band project yg diberi nama Tapeworm. Tidak pernah dirilis resmi, kemudian dinyanyikan oleh pecahan Tapeworm yaitu A Perfect Circle. Aq hanya punya versi bootleg dr lagu ini, yg diberi judul Perfect Enemy. Tidak terlalu jelas instrumennya , tp cukup bisa utk dinikmati. Ini adalah liriknya :

Dr pengamatan awal, lagu ini lirik lagu ini diinspirasi oleh ibu Maynard James Kennan, yg sedang sakit keras selama hampir 30 tahun, dan akhirnya meninggal. Namun ada unsur kemarahan yg dalam jg. Mgkn Kennan meluapkan rasa sedihnya lewat lagu ini dgn cara berteriak-teriak.
